Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns for Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most of our items are made to order, which means they are specially produced according to the customer's chosen size, specifications, or customization.

For this reason, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Custom-made products

  • Custom sizes

  • Any product made specifically according to customer instructions

Please make sure to check all details, measurements, and customization options carefully before placing your order.

2. Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The product arrives defective, or

  • You received the wrong item due to our mistake.

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at moderacegear@gmail.com

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos

  3. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and our production team

If the damage or defect is confirmed, you will be eligible for:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement (if applicable)

4. Lost Packages

If your order is lost during shipping, we will investigate the matter with the carrier.
If confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If you need to update the address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address, and we are not responsible for misdelivered packages.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Custom-made items

  • Custom sizes

  • Personalized items

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items returned without authorization
